The Answer

Hmm, didja?

It's a struggle to put one on, then to take it off. Some girls even need help to put one on, then, help taking it off, sometimes. It has to be tight to be effective.
My 34 DDs need the binding so I can stair step & elliptical at a crazy rigorous pace. Just for the record ~ natural ~ yeah. Natural everything. 
Am not a fan of cosmetic body enhancements.

Nike sports bra! Just wear it!
