Thirst Trap

Have you heard of this? Seen this? Maybe even experienced it.

In 2020 I was very busy with life. Maybe that's a good thing. There was very little spare time that I had that could have been squandered on engaging in tik tok for 2 - 8 hours. I was working a lot, working out for better fitness, enjoying a hobby I'm passionate about.

Put together ~
A hot 20 something guy
A worldwide media platform
Hundreds of women bored with life
Said women having cash & time on their hands

William J White was almost as bored, very scant time on his hands. He saw other guys who were luring the chicks in.
He thought, "I'm just as hot as they are. How can I do that?"

So, it began.

THANK YOU, CANADA!

I want to say, right here, right now, props to William!!!!
For using his natural good looks, talent, charm, charisma to get himself on a good financial path. He is now 25, hopefully he has a bright, happy life ahead of him.

Sorry, you have to copy & paste the YT link to experience the magic.

https://youtu.be/r3UZC_q1Hww?si=QOx3QZEow69c_BJJ

His chicks were of a different era, though. That's okay, the more mature the berry the sweeter the juice! His chicks were very juicy. Lots of juice in the form of $$$$ to spare.
Bring on the heat.

So, he did.

William began by lip synching Mandy by Barry Manilow. His expressions, random winks, his sexy eye roll, his full lips & filtered videos.
All of it was beamed at women in their 40s - 70s, it hit the target in a big way. William simply wanted a bit of female attention. The female attention happened. Then, the women, not William, the women suggested that he post his Paypal information. He did it at their suggestions. Overnight, his Paypal balance went to $30K+ and climbing! One woman in jolly olde England meant to send him $100. She says that a key on her pad stuck so that she accidentally sent him $1,000. It can happen! She didn't try to retract it.
I would.
Personally, I wouldn't send anyone I didn't personally know, in real life aka IRL, money. If they were having a hard time & it was genuine, not because of stupid actions, maybe.
Sending money to someone I didn't know, just because they said the right things, did the right things & were super-hot.
That's a big "NO".
It sounds like the way romance scammers operate. I'm sure William didn't intend for it to get as huge as it did. However, the way he ran his tik tok, (whiteyy18) accepted the thousands of dollars. Though he wasn't requesting it, he was surprised & grateful for it. He thanked everyone who sent gifts & cash to him. He is very kind, thoughtful, humble.
It was another form of scam with a different name -
Thirst Trap.

A scam by any other name is still a scam aka if it looks like a scam, is run like a scam, has a different name, it's still a scam
The end product is cash, milked from people who will send it to him for doing almost nothing besides being a hot, broke guy. He had quit his job as a landscaper, still lived with his mom. Yep, a broke guy.
Except ~
William, very cleverly found a way to haul in some cash to the tune of thousands & became a millionaire within less than 2 years.
He also received attention from a modeling agency. It's unclear as to where that went or where it led to by 2025.
One thing is for certain.
Time moves forward, always moves forward. The glow of youth is enticing, beautiful, attracts opportunity. When there is intelligence of mind, goodness of heart, that can positively carry a person forward.
Without those, a person's alluring youth will fall flat in time. It can only carry a person a certain amount of time unless they continually reinvent themselves. The ones who followed William, sent cash to him, have all said that he still has, even now, a purity about him. A sense of goodness. He can be naughty at times, even that aspect has a great deal of allure. He does have a bit of a potty mouth when he doesn't like something someone has done or said. Even then, his followers love him.

William was even named Sexiest Tik Tok Star, was on the cover of People Magazine.

Using some great examples in recent history.

Michael Jackson
Chuck Norris
Marie Osmond
Diana Ross

These people achieved fame at very early ages. They have reinvented themselves over & over. Their glow, allure, their attractiveness has stood the test of time. Up to the day Michael Jackson passed on (if he really did) he was in the process of reinventing himself with a concert tour to top all concert tours. He was vibrant, beloved, practicing his craft even up to just one day before he passed on.
The world plunged into mourning.
Everyone was in deep shock.
Yes, if he left us, what a way to go!
Some people believe he faked his death to escape the constant paparazzi & fans hounding him. The people coming up with any reason an attorney would accept, just to milk money from him.

Whatever Michael was or he wasn't, he was a deep thinker, a creative force who was reinventing himself over & over for nearly 50 years.

William J White is only 25. Maybe, he will find a way to reinvent himself. It would be a great help to him if a trustworthy person would step in to be a financial manager/advisor. Instead of partying, buying stuff over & over, he could be advised on how to make his gains work for him.
He is a Canadian citizen, I wonder how much he had or has to pay in taxes if he is required to pay any of it. All of it is classified as gifts.
Investing, creating tax shelters, philanthropic work. Those would help him more than a hot mom or 50 hot moms.

Hey, Will?

I'm not a thirsty, pick me. Have been referred to as a hot mom, even as a hottie. I'll help you manage your overflow cheddar.
HMU

Update:
It looks as if William has moved into his own place. A wise use of the money he received. Hopefully the followers won't figure out where he moved to. I hope that for him, to keep him safe, to keep him happy. To give him the happiness & courage to face whatever life has in store for him.

Much love to him from me.

Got Stability?

It seems that many people in today's world, have been convinced that having a stable, dependable life = boring.
In actuality, having family who are dependable, steady income, safe & comfortable living space is more conducive to happiness. Occasional flashes of excitement, yes.
Drama & more drama, just say no.

Sometimes, it can be tricky to see the difference. The media THRIVES on promoting drama. Sensationalizing the private aspects of the lives of both private figures as well as public figures. It may be sold as the news.
In reality it's drama, invasion of privacy, a capitalization of tragedy.
The bottom line?
Money.
Plainly, simply, getting money.
Contrary to the misquote on biblical description, money is not the root of all evil. Nor is it the root of any evil at all. Money is necessary to be able to live, eat, stay warm & dry, use the postal service, have clean water with sanitation service.
It's the LOVE of money i.e. the media sensationalizing stories, people sticking it to other people for their personal gains. That is the true evil.
Capitalizing on tragedy.
Cheating spouses.
Illness of children.
Events of decades or even centuries ago.
The forced mating of animals to get money from selling the babies. Money from YT. Often, the female is screaming in terror as the owners, 90% males, watch & video it, laughing at the distress of the female. The male is sometimes reticent yet has no choice.
You Tube can be a great source for information.
You Tube allows videos that show the harsh abuse of animals. Forced mating, dog fights, beating puppies or adult dogs. I report those videos when they appear in my YT feed. Nothing is ever done about it by YT.
(The videos that online sites allow are so horrible. There is a huge difference between the animals breeding in a natural way vs the evil people who force them. Usually, the female is held down or restrained with chains, rags or ropes or even zip ties. She is yelping in terror as the male animal, usually a male dog is allowed to rape her.)
Forced mating fits the criteria. A female dog whose movement is severely restricted. She is often muzzled or has her snout tied closed with rags or zip ties. She is screaming in terror, struggles violently to get away. The sex act is forced upon her. Left to bear puppies from being forcibly impregnated. Such a sickening display.
You Tube allows these videos.

Do we really need to know these juicy tidbits?
Do the entities who publish them get gain from it?
Will it enrich the lives of living people who it pertains to?
Will it affect the legacy of those who are or were involved in it?

These are questions that can determine how relevant it is to dig up the past or expose the present.

When a person writes about or exposes their own personal experiences for the purpose of healing, it's a different animal. The purpose is benevolent, even necessary for healing to occur. Most often there is no money involved. If there is a long-lost amount of cash floating around out there that is due to me, I would say, yes. Because I know of two different sources that are due to me, personally, I say yes.
The low life people whose integrity is for sale at a price, who think I don't know what they did.
I KNOW.
Also, I have the concrete proof to expose you, just in case you doubt.
My own emotional energy & daily happiness are not worth exposing you. So, yeah, I know who you are as well as you know what you did. Being a person of low to no integrity takes a toll on a person's psyche'. These 2 people have sold their integrity for money.

The value of day-to-day stability, peace, happiness, joie de vivre.
These are worth far more than any dollar amount that could be placed on it. People often remark that I seem to be happy, that I'm the most positive person they know. For the most part, it seems true.
Everyone has their sorrows, their joys, their in betweenness.

In 2020, a person who was suffering from his own difficulties struck gold, or did he?
With so much going on in my own life, he escaped my notice. Maybe it was me who escaped the thirst trap that swept through the world. A 20-year-old guy, William White, from Canada, started making tick tok videos of himself, lip synching songs.

Thank you, Canada!

Sure, he was a charismatic, classically hot guy.
The songs he chose were targeting women in their 40s - 70s.
Mainly, the song by Barry Manilow - Mandy = Mega bucks for him.
He was so fortunate that he wasn't sued for copyright infringement, using someone's music, without permission, to haul in cash.
It began, innocently enough.
It was suggested by some of his followers that William White post his PayPal information so they could show some appreciation. In the form of cash "donations". The ladies requested it, he obliged.
He IS a good-looking guy, however, his videos are mostly heavily filtered so that the whites of his eyes & his (already beautiful) smile, glowed even more.

The women were enjoying his videos to the tune of making William White aka whiteyy18 a millionaire by 2022.
His mistake was in enticing the women who didn't need any encouragement, then, giving out enough details for them to find out where he lived (still living with his mom). Enough details to know where he was as in shops & restaurants.
The restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, all locations.
Everything was paid for by the thirsty women who enjoyed him.
A few even "enjoyed" William up close & personal.
IYKWIM, AITYD.
Then.....it became a bit frightening.
Gifts were being sent to his home, his mom didn't like that.
Nor would I.
My son has a steady job, lives on his own. Nor do I believe my son would eke cash out of thirsty women using his attractiveness, though, I believe he could. Nolan has always been a chick magnet. He's a married man, now. Sorry, not sorry, ladies.

Although whiteyy18 could have parlayed the money he received into an even bigger fortune if he had invested wisely. He may have by now.
He's now 25, his followers have somewhat dwindled.
Except......

A recently released short docudrama on Paramount+ - Thirst Trap.

It has brought it all back, telling the whole saga in 2 hours.
Telling of the start, what led William to do it, the choice of music that targeted women & their age group. Barry Manilow himself, commenting on his song being used. (Barry loved it!) Then, there are the nick names:
The Cougar Panty Remover
Thirst Trap whiteyy18
Mom lover-cover
Will we YES

Before all of this, Will was a star hockey player. When that lost its glow, he worked in a landscaping business with his father. That became a bit monotonous, also. Then, the tick toking.
It's been said that if at first you don't succeed, try tick tok! (JK!)
The last one was the one that worked.

It was the faux pandemic. People were stuck at home. Home schooling, boredom setting in.

Which is to say that he stopped landscaping, began guy escaping to make videos on his lunch break as well as after a workday. His glowing smile, the whites of his eyes he rolled back in a suggestive way.
That was where the $$$$$$ was.

William spoke of experiencing depression, anxiety, being broke, wanting to be noticed as a model, possibly an actor.
In that, I just wanted to give him a big hug, though, there would be no panty dropping on my part or even his. Just empathy for his pain.

In my heart, I hoped that stability would be his. No more worries, just balm for his pain maybe even professional help for him to learn how to cope with the depression & anxiety he was feeling.

Me?

Having my heart broken too many times by too many guys, I retreated from dating in 2012.
At first, I was a bit lonely. The risk of being hurt again by yet another heartless guy was not worth it to me. The risk was not worth the potential for pain, heartbreak. The ice cream was too expensive.

My life is very stable, now.

Stability which I worked hard to achieve. some people only see the end result. Either they don't acknowledge that they saw my struggles, or they actually didn't see what I went through.

A side benefit is that romance scammers have nothing to offer me. Equally, thirst traps, sex pigs, players, have no effect on me.

Many times, there was so much pain, so many struggles, sleepless nights, crying myself to sleep, huddling in a fetal position on the floor. Sick in my aching stomach from the emotional pain, staying close to a sink or a toilet. Surely, it's easy to see why.
It took a lot of work to get myself back to stability, only to allow another guy into my life then, he would hurt me & I would have to repeat the healing all over again.
In 2012, I was hurt for the last time. A guy I truly believed I could trust. Someone I had nearly married in my 20s. He came back, we started up all over again. It taught me to no longer give a second chance.

Giving someone a second chance is the same as giving them a second bullet because they missed you the first time.

I stopped allowing any guy into my life, into my heart where he could hurt me again.
It's my belief that the women who gave so much money, time, attention to William White, had been through the same disappointments in men hurting them, that I have.
Leaving dating or any possibility of it, gave my heart - mind - spirit - life, a stability, peace, happiness. Not to be sacrificed again.
Then, because it was obvious that there was no guy in my life in a romantic sense, women started coming on to me, letting me know that they were very interested in "something" with me.
HAH!
Switching teams is not part of who I am. tyvm.

We are still here

We are all around you. The breeze that rustles the leaves, the lock of hair magically blown away from your eyes. That touch on your shoulder, the caress on the back of your arm. When a book falls off a shelf or a drinking glass slides just a half inch, that was me.
Do you see me? Feel me touch you? Hear the whispers when you can't pinpoint who said it?
At night when you dream, sometimes I choose to enter those dreams or sometimes, I just watch you sleep as a soft smile forms on your lips.
Although you don't believe I'm around, I'm still here, still loving you. You just can't see me.

What To Say

If you were here with me I would ask you for your American Eagle T Shirt. I loved the way it looked on you. Stretched across your pecs that were visible even through your shirt.
I would wear it constantly just because.
You were always such a cool guy, so composed. The ride or die sort of friend. I miss the times you visited when we ate too much pizza, watched Star Trek together until we fell asleep on the living room floor.
Although you acted like you hated "The Unit" I saw your smirk when they got it wrong, saw you blush a bit when they got it right. You said you could read me like a book. Back atcha, buddy!
I loved you in the only way I could. As a dear friend. My heart is locked up tight.
You knew what it was going to be like from the beginning. I had my heart broken too many times, wouldn't risk it again. It was tempting though I knew that if it didn't work out, I would lose a great buddy.
Never, would I have believed that I would lose you, anyway.

At this time of year, I think of you. I wonder if you would have met a great woman who would appreciate a guy of your high caliber. Maybe you would have married her, had a couple kids. You would have been such a great father! Having hoped for that for you, I would have loved to arrange the foods for your wedding reception. My chocolate fountains would have been such a hit!
Hey, do you remember the time I broke out the chocolate fountain just for you?
You were a bit sad after your daddy died. Your birthday was coming up; you weren't going to be in town for it. I'll always remember the look on your face!
I knew you would hate a surprise party.
So, it was a surprise party with just me & you. It was so much fun! I broke out the chocolate fountain. You ate that chocolate until you were sick. I knew why you took a walk by yourself, just out in back of my house. It was funny in a sick way.
I saw a guy in town last week, he was wearing an American Eagle shirt, my heart skipped a beat. Then I realized it couldn't be you. Maybe your mama sold your clothes at a yard sale & he was wearing your shirt.
It could happen!
It looked better on you.
So here I am, missing you, my friend. Whenever I hear Rascal Flatts music or The Star-Spangled Banner, I get a bit misty eyed.
Fast Cars & Freedom.
Your favorites.
Even when I make pizza, I put pineapple on it because it's something I know would have set you off. Secretly, I liked to yank your chain.

Is there pizza in heaven
Is there American Eagle shirts
Is there a guy with a killer smile
One who doesn't mean it when he flirts
Is there an old beat up truck
Is there someone who drives me crazy
Is there someone as funny without even trying
One who works hard then says that he's so lazy
Is there someone I never knew I'd miss
Is there someone that is faithful all the way to the end
Is there someone who loves his country as much as you have
One day I hope to see in the next life as I hope I'll see you my friend

Fly high, my ride or die!

When You're Happy

When you're happy as I am
The world is a better place
Colors seem brighter
It shows on my face
So many years ago I wished
For the life that I have now
Hoped to get here someday
Though I wasn't sure how
Doubters tried to hold me back
Raining on my parade
Ousted them from my life
The ones who love me stayed
My days are sweeter now
Burdens seem much lighter
People think I'm a sweetheart
Actually I'm a fighter
Clawed my way out
From a life full of pain
Too many times to count
Then built it up again
Now I only do as I please
Which is the hope of some
Had to work so long for it
To the beat of my own drum

Yeah! I did it my way.

Pain is Pain

When your heart is hurting so deep
You can't eat you can't even sleep
Let yourself ask what it's about
Then cry about it cry it all out
If you're a woman or if you're a dude
Still feel it to resolve this inner feud
Guys can feel the emotional pain
Though the world tells them it's in vain
Women can be the ones who are strong
Forge their own way refuse to go along
Deep inside we all have our soul
It's a desire to simply be whole
Tell the world to suck your socks
You can be you after all the hard knocks
Remember that flowers grow from the rain
In spite of the work the sweat the pain
When it has passed in the spirit of this ilk
In time even green grass turns into milk

The Times of Life

Sometimes the day comes to let people go, even if you still love them, even if.....even if. Friendships are precious yet only when they are mutual.

When you both help each other.
When the ties that bind are regularly renewed.
If you are both better people because of each other.
Your values align.
Conversations from long ago can resume.
Both people valuing each other.
Being there for each other is a surety.

You can be of different religions, different lifestyles, differing political views. Still, the love for each other, the ties that bind.
It's all still there as it has always been no matter what.

In my short life I have had so many great people who I have been so happy to truly call my friends. There have also been a few times that I had to realize that, though I was there for certain people, they were not there for me. A friendship that started out well, devolved into something unwell. Like a sickness that starts out as a tickle in the throat. Then, becomes more until it's strep throat or much worse.
Though I had been happy around them at the start, it became that I was a sadder person because of them.
That, I felt more like I was being used by them.
It's a sad thing, while it's also a necessary thing to let them go. Let them find their helpers, their happiness, their people somewhere else.

When the realization, while in a session with a skilled counselor, hit me, it was brutal. Up to that point I had wracked my brain, thought deeply, why my adult children act the way they do, toward me.
In that counseling session, the realization that they treat me in the way their father taught them to, by the way HE treated me.
Children learn what they live.
Children learn by example, then, carry it into adulthood.
Their father often said,
1.You don't have to do what your mom says, she never knows what the hell she's talking about.
2. Go outside & play, you can do your homework later, I'll deal with your mom.
3. It's okay to lie to your mom, if it keeps her from getting angry.
4. You kids are my blood; your mom is just a wife.

Of course, as an attempt to deflect accountability for his actions, he denies ever saying this. His practice of setting up a camera to video routine days in our home, has clear audio of him saying these horrible things. Maybe he just hired an actor to portray him? NOT.

Possibly, my children are unaware as to why they have little respect for me. Their attitude toward me was learned from their father from an early age.
Children learn what thy live.
Three of my 4 children treat me the way their father taught them to treat me, one of them has realized that the way she was taught to treat me, is wrong. That their attitudes of disrespect & devaluing me, were what was taught to them by their father. Together, she and I worked, really worked to have the tight bond that we have.
As much as I deeply love all 4 children, tolerating the lack of regard for me would be wrong on my part. Tolerating the rudeness of my eldest daughters husband for only so long before I was sick of it.
He has 2 settings:
Interrogate
Ignore
He would ask me questions then abruptly get up to go to his office to his computer. Then, just as abruptly he would come back to where I was to call me a liar or tell me how wrong I was about the answers I gave to his questions. Then, he would go back to ignoring me.

At first, I missed my daughter. Then, because I didn't have to deal with her husband's rudeness, it became easier. When I chance to see any photos of her 4 daughters, I wouldn't recognize any of them if I saw them in real life. I didn't let myself get very attached to them in the very scant times I was around them, so, I don't miss them.
It was obvious that when I stopped kissing their father's azz, he wouldn't allow me to spend time with them.
My daughter began to act more like him, not allowing mee to visit even when her husband was gone for several months.
You can't miss someone or something you never had to start with. Besides all of that, in order to have a friendship with a minor you must be on good terms with their parent or parents.

I am all that I have, my own choice, so I must tend to my own heart.

Spending the first half of my life I worked, struggled to eke out even a little love, acceptance, kindness from my parents. It would never happen, so, when I realized this, it was necessary to let go.
With my children who are now adults, I had to make that same determination.
The way they & their spouses treated me caused so much deep, soul eating pain, I had to let go of them. Had to stop crying when it was Mother's Day, my birthday, Christmas etc.
Treating their mother with a lack of love is on them. If I continued to accept the treatment, that would be on me. So, I stopped accepting it.
I can still love them from a distance.

It's very different with my youngest child. She came to the realization as to what formed her attitude toward me on her own. It was something she had to discover for herself.
The mutual love, respect, kindness, caring between us is what I have. Better to be grateful for who I do have instead of crying over who I don't have.
When she & her husband were wed, I drove the 19 hours to be there.

Her husband is very kind, calm, caring, treats me with love & respect. When my daughter graduated with a BA in Mechanical Engineering - no student loan debt!
I was SO proud of her. I made the 19-hour drive straight through from Texas to Utah to be at their graduation.
She's now working on her Masters in ME. Her husband is a brilliant man. He has his PhD in ME.

Letting go of those we love can be hard yet when it's necessary, it feels so good once it's done. You are a kind person, a valuable person, even a wiser person when you realize this then let them go. You will keep those people in your life who truly care about you, whom you truly care about. People who you would give your blood to save, your money to provide relief if that was, indeed, what it took because you care.

People who fail to show courtesy, love, etc. can be your parents. Your siblings. Your grown children. Relatives by blood or marriage. These connections can only carry such weight to a certain point. Then, one day, you realize that the connection has died either on one side or by both people.
It's wise to let go. Never beg someone to care about you.

When those same people don't feel the same or it's obvious that they are disproportionate takers, that's when it's time to let them go. Life gives us all twists & turns. It's tricky at times, to navigate. Navigating is a skill in itself. Without navigating our lives, we can easily be navigated by others for their assorted, often nefarious purposes.
Learn to be definitive in your opinions, your decisions, your likes & dislikes. It will serve you well.

Some readers might have thought it would be a poem.

Hah!

This morning, these are just some thoughts I had.

Thank you for reading.

Need To Know

As this is being written, it's midsummer. Far from a poetic midsummer night's dream with Titania & her fairies. It's ~

House Flies
House Flies
More House Flies

One on my neighbors (no names) had no problem with moving their compost pile away from their house. As in, over the property line of the property I'm renting.
NOT my landlady who is next door street wise.
Although I'm renting, I still have certain property rights. As in, if occupants of a property close to the one I'm in, move their compost pile over the property line, I pay to rent it, it's still in my rights.
As each summer has started, it has been the same sh*t.
They move the compost pile close to me, so, I get the house flies. One aspect of life that bothers me the most is - HOUSE FLIES.
Going to the occupants to ask them to move it back every summer is quite rude on their part. It's also annoying along with the plethora of house flies.
ICK
Although the remainder of flies are here, just have to get rid of them.
A method of getting rid of them is:
Use a fine spray bottle, they can't launch with wet wings.
Set a bowl of warm water & something sweet to attract them then they drown.
Gather energy, then kill the nasties.

Eventually, the flies will either be disposed of or they will hibernate to procreate when warm weather returns.
UGH!

Until then, some methods I use:

Ground Cinnamon sprinkled in trash repels flies.
Peppermint Oil repels rodents & other disgusting creatures.
(roaches, beetles, silverfish, slugs etc)
Lavender Oil repels all biting, stinging flying nuisances.
Wild Orange oil swabbed around entrances repels insects
Eucalyptus Oil disinfects, leaves a pleasantly clean scent.

Now, to be a bit sexist:
It's said that most men dislike scents that are deemed to be more feminine.
Jasmine
Rose
Lavender & Rose Blend

Most floral scents are deemed as feminine.

To attract?
Many scents that are said to be pleasant, even slightly masculine by many are:
Lavender
Leather
Patchouli
Vanilla
Wild Orange
Lemon
Vetiver
Sandalwood

Disclaimer ~ Using these oils may not bring guys to your home in droves (that would be super scary)
However, they are scents most guys like.

Many people think of Texas as the whole state being hot & dry all over, all the time. Living in North Texas, I can say, it is somewhat humid as well as very hot in the end of spring, most of summer. It cools off to more pleasant temps around the end of September. Many Texans LOVE the weather of October - February when it's just cool enough, still warm. Might need a jacket, keep one in the car.

As a result, the beetles & bugs might find a way indoors in October, that's when I place cotton balls soaked in pepppermint oil in cupboards, around windowsills. Swabbing peppermint oil around doorframes also helps to keep most of the critters out.
The only time I wish I had a guy in the house is when I see one of those big beetles, scorpions or spiders that got in. Although I can take care of it on my own, it would be nice to be a distressed damsel. Even if only until the critters were disposed of.
Maybe someone ought to invent live-in-guy on demand. Get him out when needed, stow him away when no more critters are invading.
Kinda like a video streaming subscription. Entertainment on demand.
Unfortunately, it is something that has yet to be invented if ever.

Other need to know information might be this.

Yes, you may be a girl of any age. You can still get rid of bugs, scorpions, even rattle snakes on your own. A few years ago I had taken a 2 week trip. Being happy to be home, I stepped inside, heard an odd sound. Then I heard it, again. It was originating from a tall, round, metal rubbish bin.

I knew that sound.
Very slowly, I inched toward the bin. It was, just as I thought it was. A rattlesnake, coiled in the bottom of the bin.
Panicking was a non-option, wishing it would go away on its own was even less of an option. I had to woman up & take care of it.
Grabbing a broom with a long handle, the striking distance of a rattler of this size, I calculated, was 3 feet. The long broom handle was 6 feet. Reasonably safe. Very slowly, moving the broom pole through the slots on both sides of the metal bin, moving toward the front door, stepping outside, rapidly releasing the bin so that the snake slithered safely out & away.
Was I scared?
Heck yes!
Was I shaking?
Absolutely.
Hadn't gotten my rattler vaccination caught up. (just kidding!)

The situation was frightening, could have gone from bad to worse. I handled it because I had to. It's far from something I'd do for fun.

As a girl who chooses to remain single, it accompanies the lifestyle.

In todays world, women who choose to overcome the urge to merge can take care of such situations just as well as a guy can. We can take care of house flies, rattle snakes etc.

My Doberman is the only man I choose to have in my life.

Locked in or Locked out

It seems like a simple concept.

Step 1
Gear up

Step 2
Put some motivating tunes on if you can

Step 3
Give yourself a small task to get the mojo going

Step 4
If that was a no go, give yourself another small task

Step 5
If that also crashed & flopped change up your music

Suggestion 1
Take a cold shower or get into an ice bath

2
Take yourself back in time or forward in time to when you felt so motivated, it came together

3
If you can, rearrange your furniture, then take a 10 minute walk
Arriving back home will give the sensation of walking into a new place. Newness does it for me the best.

4
Set a timer then start a task. When the times up, stop, drink a glass of cold water. Repeat.

5
Change the music it can change your mood

6
For me, if these won't launch, I turn to a workout supplement, depending upon the time of day. Notice that this is #6.
When all else is keeping the mojo from launching.

7
Step back, look at what you accomplished whether great big or itty bitty.

These words, these suggestions are as much for my personal use as they are for anyone reading this. Motivation can be elusive, it can seem difficult to summon. It's also free. It's up to you to remove your own mind blocks to accomplishments.
PEEPS!
Knowing how hard life can be is just as true as how hard a person can make it for themselves. The happy-happy is that a person can also create that which will ease the stuckness of life that can stop us from doing that which will aid us in our success. Whatever that success is or looks like for each individual.

As I have moved through time (getting older is optional) developing a "Let's do the thing" attitude has been a helper. A gift to me from me just because knowing that regret is one of the strongest emotions.
As I do this from time to time, it clears the "stuck" feeling. As I climb aboard the "I'm doing this" from the "I wish I could" the feeling of "I got this" pushes the he/she's stuck away.

We are all in this together, wherever you are, whatever your life situation is.
I believe in you.
You can do the thing.

Get ready to go do it, slayer!
